Waldenburger Bettwaren GmbH is an enterprise in the mid of traditional textile sites in Saxony which history goes back for long:
- 1892 fabrication of metal beds, mattresses and linings
- at the begin of the 20th century start of the production of quilts named "Fortuna"

- 1939 removal to the today's site Waldenburg/Saxony
- expansion of the production of quilts and underbeds,
taking up of the production of feather- and downbeds
- 1990 conversion of the enterprise to
Waldenburger Bett- und Steppwaren GmbH
- new building of a production hall and modern office rooms
- 1998 resigned to Waldenburger Bettwaren GmbH
